The voice acting was a tad confusing; I didn't really understand how I was supposed to feel or how the 'crafter felt when he was laughing. I liked the animation itself; though you probably didn't intend for it, the sequential appearance of each character as he spoke led to a RPG sort of feel, which was cool.

I liked how you transitioned into the actual dance part of it. Only complaint is the applause at the end :P

The smoke is very well used to frame the work; the colors are impressive as well! Vagabond's eyes are striking, and draw attention to themselves first and then to the realistically detailed pipe and smoke, both of which utilize the colors you've chosen beautifully.
